Jonathan Block has spent two decades leading transformations and studying trust.

Most recently, he launched and led PwC’s Trust Leadership Institute, engaging more than 14,000 Fortune 1000 executives over three years. The Institute influenced more than $1 billion in wins for PwC. It hosted conversations with some of the most respected names in leadership: CEOs from Home Depot, Merck, Panera, and United Airlines, and faculty from Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, and Stanford, and leaders from the FBI, CIA, and White House.

Jonathan has spoken and facilitated executive workshops across North and Central America, Europe, and Africa for companies like Kyndryl, Southwest Airlines, and Reinsurance Group of America, earning consistent praise for his ability to guide audiences toward earning trust and leading change.

He led the transformation practice at a $15 billion financial services firm, guiding it through 6 acquisitions, 19 business-unit reorganizations, and CEO transition—all with less than 5% regrettable attrition. He launched the company’s global Change Management practice, personally training more than 20% of its workforce in the Prosci methodology.

His transformation work includes designing culture turnarounds for a U.S. military function and a Fortune 25 retailer, resulting in 89% employee-reported success and a 15% year-over-year profit increase, respectively.

Early in his career, Jonathan served at the White House. He launched the first-ever White House social media posts and coordinated executive communications for the First Lady across her visits to more than 25 countries and 50 media interviews.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife Liz and their three children. He is training for his 8th Spartan race and plays a game of tag across the country with some of his best friends. His non-profit work is in the adoption and foster care space, and he serves on the Board of Governors for Gift of Adoption.

He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Prosci-trained Change Management Trainer.
