Frequently Asked Questions
Do you help organizations roll out artificial intelligence?
Absolutely. AI transformation is one of the most complex change initiatives organizations face because it affects both processes and people's sense of job security. I help executives navigate the human side of AI adoption—addressing and employee and customer fears, earning trust around new technology, and ensuring your teams embrace rather than resist AI tools. My brain-based approach helps executives lead AI benefits in ways that reduce anxiety and accelerate adoption.
What makes your approach different from other change management consultants?
Most change consultants focus on processes, systems, and project management. I focus on the leadership behaviors that makes those processes succeed or fail.
Using neuroscience research on how brains respond to change, I help leaders work with human nature instead of against it. This means faster adoption, less resistance, and sustainable transformation rather than change initiatives that fade away after six months.
You talk a lot about neuroscience. Specifically what research do you use?
I integrate a variety of research in my work from experts like Dr. David Rock, Director of the NeuroLeadership Institute; Dr. John Kotter, Harvard Business School Professor emeritus; Sandra Sucher, Harvard Business School professor and author of The Power of Trust; and author and neuroscientist Robyn Gobbel. My approach combines their findings on how the brain responds to change, trust-building, and trauma-informed leadership to create practical tools that actually work in high-pressure business environments.
Do you work with organizations outside the Fortune 500?
While many of my clients are Fortune 500 companies, I also work with mid-market and smaller organizations (typically 100+ employees) facing significant transformation challenges. The key factor isn't company size—it's the complexity of your change initiative and your commitment to investing in leadership development. If you're driving major transformation, I can likely help regardless of your company's size.
What’s included in a typical engagement?
Every engagement is customized, but most include: initial leadership assessment, customized training curriculum based on your specific challenges, live workshops or speaking sessions, ongoing executive coaching for key leaders, and measurement tools to track progress. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Your proposal will outline exactly what's included and how we'll measure success.
How do I know if this approach will work for my organization?
If you can answer “yes” to these two questions, we’ll be a good match:
First, whether your current change efforts are falling short of expectations.
Second, whether you and your executive leadership team is committed to leading differently in order to gain different results.
During our discovery call, we'll assess whether there's a good fit for your specific situation.
